Corporate Social Responsibility

As a responsible social citizen, BASE takes its role of building tomorrow's leaders very seriously. Values form a very important part of the learning inputs our students take away from BASE.

BASE is also aware that there still is a large section of our society, for whom, quality learning can make a huge difference. We believe that by enabling self-sustaining learning at these social peripheries, we can enable transformation.

Our initiatives in corporate social responsibility include BASE Foundation, a charitable trust setup in 2005 to support

  • education needs of deserving and economically backward       students
  • medical needs of deserving and economically backward       students and their family members
  • schools (government schools) in their infrastructure.      Through this, uniforms, educational material and other aids      are provided to deserving institutions.
  • BASE Foundation also undertakes the free distribution of BASE courseware to government schools and colleges. BASE courseware, as students know, is a rich compendium of knowledge that contains invaluable learning inputs.

BASE is also proud to be associated with Parikrama, an institution that aims to make a difference to the students from socially marginalized sections.

Through BASE Foundation, we also provide free training to economically weaker students.
